Representative James commended the app, stating, "This innovative app will make it easier to read and comprehend handwritten materials, thereby enhancing and improving education for all."

In second place is "Hero Savings" created by Zayn Baig and Sukhesh Saravan. The app is a consolidated platform that helps veterans and military personnel find discounts in their local area. It serves as a way to thank those who have served the country and aims to provide them with exclusive offers. Representative James praised the app's mission, calling it a "noble cause."

Claiming the third position is "CaloTrack" developed by Dillon DeWitt. This health and diet app provides a user-friendly platform for tracking calories and achieving diet goals. With obesity being a prevalent issue in America, DeWitt aims to help users stay on track with their health and wellness journey. Representative James expressed his support for the app, stating, "This young entrepreneur wants to provide users with an app that will help them track their calories and accomplish their diet goals."
