CITY OF WARREN: Motown Music and Posters Fill Warren City Hall February 3 – 29

Musicfestival

City of Warren issued the following announcement on Feb. 7.

Warren City Hall employees and visitors will enjoy the memorable sounds of Motown music, both in the atrium, on hold with city hall and by viewing Motown and Inventor posters in the atrium February 3-29. The Warren Public Library in the atrium also has a Black History Month display and books that patrons can check out.

Warren Mayor Jim Fouts said the Motown sound and displays are in honor of Black History Month. “Personally, I have always been a Motown listener and, of course, it is local history in music,” said Fouts.
