Warren Public Library recently issued the following announcement.
Thursday, November 7, 6:30 pm, Civic Center Library
Chris Shelton from the All About Animals Rescue Michigan organization will speak on what the average resident can do to help stray cats in their area, including The ABC’s of Community Cat Care and Trap/Neuter/Return. This program is family friendly and groups are welcome.
