Rep. John James, a U.S. Congressman representing Michigan's 10th District since 2023, has been vocal on various issues through his social media presence. Born in Detroit in 1981 and currently residing in Farmington Hills, James has shared his perspectives on recent legislative developments and national concerns.

On June 17, 2025, Rep. John James expressed his support for the "One Big Beautiful Bill," describing it as "a massive win for Michigan manufacturing!" He highlighted the bill's impact on his district (MI-10), noting that it would protect "15,000 manufacturing jobs," "$1.4 billion in wages," and "$2.5 billion in economic growth."

The following day, June 18, 2025, he emphasized the bipartisan benefits of the same bill by stating that "The One Big Beautiful Bill is not just a win for Republicans–it’s a victory for all of America!" He underscored its significance by mentioning the expansion and boost of the Child Tax Credit for "40 million families," asserting that this move protects the American Dream and offers families a chance to prosper.

On June 19, 2025, Rep. James criticized President Biden's immigration policies. He claimed that "Biden's open border crisis was INTENTIONAL." According to him, the administration made a deliberate choice to allow "10+ million illegal immigrants into our communities," including individuals identified as violent criminals and terror suspects.

John James has served in the U.S. Congress, representing Michigan's 10th District since 2023. Born in Detroit in 1981, he currently resides in Farmington Hills.
