Members of Local 1383 attended the Michigan Professional Fire Fighters Conference in Grand Rapids. This conference allows union leaders from around the state to meet and discuss current events as they relate to Michigan Professional Fire Firefighters Union members.
During this conference a swearing in ceremony was held to welcome new leadership to the MPFFU. We would like to congratulate Matthew Sahr, our new State President, and Scott Bala as our new 6th District Vice President. We look forward to their leadership and direction in protecting the health and safety of MPFFU Firefighters, their families, and the communities they serve.
