City of Warren issued the following announcement on Feb. 17.
The City of Warren's Residential Rehabilitation Program is accepting applications from incomeeligible households for low or no interest loans. The loans are used to bring the home up to code and make repairs to owner-occupied single-family residences. The maximum loan amount is $30,000. To qualify for the Program, applicants must own and occupy the home, have homeowner's insurance, have a history of making house and property tax payments (including the water bill) on time, and have a household income that is below the limits established by The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD): Household Size Income Limit
