City of Warren recently issued the following announcement.

Join Mark Kilgore from CARE of Southeastern Michigan in learning how you can help stem the opioid overdose crisis. All attendees will receive a free dose of Narcan, Narcan kits, and medication safety training. Registration is required for this in-person program to make sure we have enough supplies. It can be done online at warrenlibrary.net or by calling 586-751-0770.
