City of Warren recently issued the following announcement.

The Arthur Miller Branch Library has another volunteer opportunity for tweens and teens on Tuesday, January 4, from 6:00-7:30 pm. Tweens and teens in need of volunteer hours or just looking for something to do can help the library taking down holiday decor and then create new winter themed decorations to bring cheer to the teen area through January!
Ages 10-17. Drop-ins are welcome, or register at

to receive a reminder email. Masks are required indoors in all City of Warren Buildings, including the Miller Library.
