Township of Lenox issued the following announcement on Aug. 11.
Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Township Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, August 23, 2021, at 6:30 PM.
The purpose of this hearing is to receive Public Comments on a Rezoning Request submitted by Fred Heiler, 19-06-13-151-002, vacant Gratiot Avenue, on the east side of Gratiot Avenue, consisting of 3.495 acres between 29 Mile Road and 30 Mile Road from Agricultural to Commercial General.
A complete copy of this application may be examined at the office of the Township Clerk during regular business hours by appointment prior to the hearing. Written comments on the application may be sent to the Planning Commission at the address stated above. Oral comments will be taken during the hearing. Lenox Township will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audiotapes of printed materials considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities attending the hearing, upon seven (7) days notice.
