Chesterfield Township - MI issued the following announcement on Aug. 4.
Beginning August 5th, Chesterfield Rd. will be completely closed to all traffic (northbound and southbound) from Autumn Lake Rd. to 24 Mile Rd. for at least 5 days*.
It is advised that you find an alternate route during this period. The Chesterfield Police Department is maintaining active enforcement patrols in the area to ensure motorists observe the signage and maintain safety in the area.
*Chesterfield Township is providing this information as a courtesy. This is a Macomb County Department of Roads project, please direct any questions or concerns to them. Road closure dates and length of time are subject to change.
