City of Warren issued the following announcement on Dec. 18.
Deck the halls, Warren! It’s time for Warren’s 2nd Annual Christmas Decorating Contest! Send in photos and nominate your neighbors. Email: mayor@cityofwarren.org with your name and phone number and the address of the home you are nominating along with their address, name, and phone number. Please don’t forget to attach photographs of the holiday decorations! Contest ends December 26th.
