It is time for Warren’s 2nd Annual Christmas Decorating Contest! Send in your photos/nominate your neighbors. Email: mayor@cityofwarren.org with your name and phone number
and the address of the home you are nominating along with their address, name, and phone number, don’t forget to attach the photos!
