City of Warren recently issued the following announcement.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE In accordance with Governor Gretchen Whitmer’s Executive Order Nos. 2020-154 the Tuesday, July 28, 2020 regular meeting of the Warren City Council will be conducted by video conference starting at 7:00 p.m. There are multiple ways the public can view, listen and participate in this public meeting:
• Comcast Channels 5 and 10
• WOW Channels 10 and 18
• AT&T Channel 99
Zoom teleconference (Listening and public participation under Audience) which is accessible by calling 1 669 900 6833 and entering meeting code: 994 0863 8505 and passcode: 634433 Anyone from the public participating by Zoom teleconference will be placed on hold in a virtual “waiting room” until the meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. and will be muted during the business portion of the agenda. Under Audience Participation, those participating by Zoom teleconference will have the opportunity to address City Council.
Each participant will be recognized by the last four digits of their phone number. Once recognized by the City Council President, participants will be asked to state their name for the record. Each person will have three (3) minutes to speak.
