The Office of Mayor James R. Fouts issued the following announcement on Dec. 18.
Please see attached a Memo Mayor Fouts sent to City Council regarding their treatment of City Attorney Ethan Vinson, he was personally attacked by Mindy Moore, City Council Secretary and Pat Green, City Council President, who denied him the right to speak and defend himself.
Also attached is a Veto of a Recreational Marijuana Ordinance added at the last City Council meeting without proper protocol of first going to the City Attorney’s office and various other departments, including having first to have the City Attorney’s signature and the Mayor’s signature as well.
