The Office of Mayor James R. Fouts issued the following announcement on Dec. 18.
At 2 p.m. Mayor Fouts had been awarded the winners of the Warren Christmas Lights Contest in the Mayor’s Office at Warren City Hall.
The awards include: Block Theme, Most Creative, Brightest, The Beautification Commission’s Choice and the Cultural Commission’s Choice.
