On Tuesday, March 25, former De La Salle Collegiate High School standout Nino Carter-Smith’s current collegiate team the Lake Superior State Lakers lost 98-85 against the Dallas Baptist Patriots in the NCAA Division II Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Ford Center, this was the first game against the Dallas Baptist Patriots during the championship.

Nino Carter-Smith’s hometown is Warren and game position is guard.
