WARREN CONSOLIDATED SCHOOLS: WCS Tenure Teachers recognized

Award

Warren Consolidated Schools issued the following announcement on June 16.

WCS tenure teachers were recognized earlier this month. Tenure recognizes a teacher's commitment and professional growth in the education field. Teachers who hold a teaching certificate are granted tenure after they have completed a mandatory probationary period and have received positive evaluations.

WCS also recognizes non-certified Warren Education Association (WEA) members with tenure rights.

Congratulations to the following WEA members who have earned tenure/tenure rights this school year:

April Aiosa, Tenure - Art teacher at Cousino HS

Darlene Bronson, Tenure - Special Education Teacher, Black Elementary

Patricia Gage, Tenure Rights - School Psychologist, Sterling Heights HS, Wilde Elementary, Harwood Elementary

Jennifer Dulecki, Tenure Rights - Culinary Arts Teacher, CPC

Margaret McEvoy, Tenure Rights - School Social Worker, Black Elementary

Carrie Evans, Tenure Rights - Speech-Language Pathologist, Black Elementary
